seated movement to stretch and strengthen your body. This practice requires no experience and can be modified for all levels. All you need is a sturdy chair, blanket or cushion, a mat or non slip shoes, and a positive attitude!
These Prenatal yoga class are designed to create a safe space for pregnant people to explore and understand the changes occurring in their bodies through movement. Giving space to connect to yourself and your baby, focus on breath, and build a community of support. This class is for all levels of yoga experience and gestation and will teach safe and simple techniques for discomfort of pregnancy and labor.
